How to do the diet?

You must include it in your diet in an intelligent way. To do this, avoid the consumption of fried foods, processed, dairy products of animal origin, which only fill the body with toxins and unnecessary work. Also try to drink at least 2 liters of pure water.
Take WAPA ! Here we present an example of a menu to lose weight.

Breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice and lemon with a teaspoon of wheat germ. Two whole wheat toasts with light white cheese.

Half Morning: 1 portion of gelatin asp (prepare with orange segments).

Lunch:  1/2 hour before, consume a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with a few drops of lemon. 1 portion of spinach salad, egg white, tomato and low fat cheese. 1 apple or pear

Snack: 1 glass of strawberry, orange and blueberry smoothie (optional), add a teaspoon of chia seeds or flaxseed.

Late afternoon: A handful of nuts.

Dinner: 1/2 before consuming a glass of orange juice with a few drops of lemon. 1 serving of meat (it is suggested to consume 3 times a week fish, 2 times a week chicken and 3 times a week red meats without visible fat), grilled, griddle or oven without using oil.
